What does it say about me

that I find Ben Stein's column more compelling than that Eve Ensler rant my friends keep sending me?

That I care more about regulation than polar bears?  Because I think maybe I do.

I'm with you on this one. The economic news today is pretty terrifying.

The economic news is terrifying, but the idea that the people who persuaded McCain to choose Sarah Palin are the people who would advise a president McCain or a President Palin is even more terrifying. And if those people run the country during a depression it will be much worse than if Obama's advisors run it.

Because the Ensler rant is a rant. Palin's policies terrify me, but the fact that drilling is penetrative is not the problem.
