Someone Please
tell me that this is a joke. I try so hard not to be judgemental of other parents, really I do, but the effort can be truly taxing.

Honestly, on this side of the pond we're never surprised about what those crazy new yorkers get up to. See - you're much better off in red state than you thought!
hey, yo. M has a chinese tutor. A never learned it growing up and it was a real bitch for him too pick up in college. I won't even start talking about how hard it is for ME. We want her to learn chinese because it is good for her brain (like piano lessons), not so much so she can always be employed.
A hopelessly feminist intellectual blogs about kids, books, celebrities, knitting, politics, pop culture, the Red Sox, and whatever else strikes her fancy.
