Is anyone else out there on tenterhooks waiting for the official results in Zimbabwe?
When my kids are gone, I am so totally never cooking again.
Oh dear, did we make a mistake?
Think I can get in a real cake, before I need to start baking for seders?
OK, now I must collapse. Mondays are always long, but this one has been really long.

I really want to make a Smith Island cake! It's been in our local paper a lot because it may become our state dessert, or whatever.
I wasn't as excited about the Smith Island cake as I wanted to be but when I have kids and then they leave the nest I think I might still want to cook...to be continued...
