Yeah, I idolspize Ann Hornaday for coming up with that word AND its application to Susan Orlean. I still have hope of turning out to be Orlean when I grow up, but I'm thinking the chances are growing fewer as I head toward the mid-30s and am not yet working for the New Yorker, nor having my stories made into movies, nor marrying a fabulously rich husband, nor building a gorgeous house...
