Is it weird that Sheryl Crow found her lump and had the lumpectomy within two weeks of breaking up with Lance? And he acts all surprised and upset at the news? (I mean, of course he would). So: was she hiding the news (about discovering a lump) from him? Or did he break up with her after she confessed her cancer scare to him? Or did she discover the lump post-breakup? Which in itself suggests interesting mind-body connections...or am I just totally horrible for even thinking these things...
