Can you help me out?

Go to the window in the room you're in and touch the glass. Is it cold? cool? warm? hot?

Now what's the weather like outside? And how's the temperature inside?

Thanks.

Cold outside, not warm enough inside, glass is cold.

Perfect outside. Warmer inside. Slightly cooler glass.

I can't do it in the room I'm in, which has filmy insulating stuff on the windows. But in the kitchen: cold glass. Warmish outside (56, which is warmer than it's been). Cool but not downright chilly inside.
