S made the
onion soup from Sunday's
NY Times Magazine last night, and M and I had the leftovers for dinner tonight. Consider this a recommendation. It's super delicious, and so easy I think I'll be making it again myself, though it does take a long time.

Oh, I'm dying to try it. So, is "tomato puree" the same as tomato paste, or should I be looking for something else?
Good to know - it looked really good. Is he/are you going to make the updated dessert version?
